Food

It’s ‘dude food’, people. You can pick it up, use your hands, lick your fingers and tear it apart; all whilst sipping on a cold beer, fine wine or some of the best spirits around.

It’s the food we all love but deny ourselves too often. Think burgers, sliders, pulled pork, wings and things…although no one does it like we do! We also have outside dining on our bench seating.

You won’t die from happiness, people, so tuck in, fill up and enjoy the kind of food your mum always told you was bad for you.

Drink

It’s not about flat caps and tattooed bartenders here. It’s about letting the drinks speak for themselves. Whether it’s a cold frothie, a mixologists dream or an obscure bottle of suds from the good ol’ US of A, we have it covered.

With a back bar stocked with some of the best spirits around, Humdinger brings the world famous Melbourne bar scene to Frankston and The Peninsula.

In the immortal words of Samuel Jackson, “There is nothing which has yet been contrived by man, by which so much happiness is produced as by a good tavern.”

See you at Humdinger! (Click to see drinks menu)

About

The best thing about Humdinger & Dude Food is that as soon as you have that comforting first bite in relaxed surroundings you do really learn to enjoy dining out again. Far away from asking for the bill delivered inside a black leather folder with a mint perched on the edge. Uncomfortable glances from other diners when all you want to do is use your fingers and drink from the bottle. You also find yourself really caring about your burger, pie or hot dog and lifting it up from its humble status to that of food of the Gods. Or food of the dudes. Enjoy.
